英语晨读诗歌欣赏：旅途　　One day you finally knew
7 y( U' p  t0 j' a　　what you had to do, and began,
　　though the voices around you
　　kept shouting
. K! Q8 v0 ]: V　　their bad advice--
4 Q. |2 X5 h: s. v+ F# h; l* f　　有一天，你终于知道，
, p( ~! f2 e: o　　什么是你必须得做，并开始去做，
　　虽然你周围的声音，
　　一直喊出，
　　其各种糟糕的建议——
　　though the whole house
+ G. a6 X) T! J9 X' }9 _5 s1 c& n　　began to tremble
# E- D: y; a, i  \1 _* [2 _　　and you felt the old tug
2 c7 Z0 d: b+ |8 v/ G　　at your ankles.
　　“Mend my life!”
) k* X* n, ?( S# X  W' N! Q0 W/ e　　each voice cried.
0 ^  R) A) g; Z4 z  K: u/ l　　But you didn’t stop.
1 _5 @/ r4 A2 @8 y5 N( D5 K　　You knew what you had to do,
　　虽然整个房子，
8 f$ T' e4 O' z0 I2 E+ g　　开始颤抖，
　　你亦感到那条旧绳索，
　　绊住了你的脚踝。
& j8 L4 l- s& S5 M7 [0 V　　“修补我的人生!”
　　每个声音都在哭喊。
　　但你并没停止。

　　though the wind pried
　　with its stiff fingers

　　though their melancholy
　　was terrible.

8 r: M4 `/ p( b$ a' v　　enough, and a wild night,
　　and the road full of fallen
; |9 Z9 u4 _: t/ A  W! j4 [2 \+ k　　branches and stones.
　　虽然风用它僵硬的手指，
　　直往根基，
& m8 y7 w7 ^; q0 h* b　　撬捣，
# l% \* k3 U' v- f3 |　　虽然它们的忧郁，
　　着实可怕。
9 J( K. K% |! w! o4 q　　天色，
9 G/ n; R5 @$ }0 R) c: z6 J　　已经很晚，这是个疯狂的夜晚，

1 F) Q" i( W) s3 l　　as you strode deeper and deeper
' s. ^/ U/ S( H2 b7 A' F2 [2 m# C　　into the world,
　　determined to do
　　the only thing you could do--
% u3 ^! D# _4 }- [. z# H6 r　　determined to save
　　the only life you could save.
